The D-Team heads off and away to Monaco, hoping beating the Alpha Gang to some Suchomimus that's just made an appearance within the waters from Monaco. Regrettably, when the children arrive, the entire town has already been up in arms within the animal that's causing damage to their kingdom. When Max announces his intends to catch the dinosaur, it's all regulated the main reason the local people have to put him and the buddies in jail, departing them helpless to prevent the Alpha Gang, who're rapidly attaining ground around the marauding dinosaur.
