After waiting far too long in the shadows, pretending to ignore the incompetence of his master, Dr. Z, Seth finally begins to adopt his plan to take over the Alpha Gang. One of his first successes, he hopes, will capture a Ampelosaurus, published in Moscow, Russia. The D-Team rushes on the scene and discovered the dinosaur in a railcar on the Trans-Siberian railway. They fight to free them from the train, without violating its countless passengers, even as the Alpha Gangdescends to the dinosaurs to collect himself.
